What is Marketing Cloud 2.0?
Marketing Cloud 2.0 reflects IU’s evolved usage of Marketing Cloud to better deliver on these objectives. The program includes several things, most notably the rollout of new Marketing Cloud training and tools to help users be more effective and efficient as well as a revised access and permission structure within Marketing Cloud. New training allows users to learn Marketing Cloud at their own pace and level up their ability, teaching how to build great constituent experiences while also providing ladders to greater levels of functionality.
Training is required for all Marketing Cloud users, including current users of the platform, and includes topics such as:
- Using new tools such as Email Framework and Convergence Cloud
- Building, testing, sending, and analyzing emails
- Best practices for email marketing
- Designing for accessibility and mobile responsiveness
