Updating Email Framework Templates

The CRM Marketing Team updates the Email Framework templates when needed to make improvements and ensure the templates render and work correctly.

When this happens, you should update the template for any emails you plan to send that were created before the Email Framework template was last updated. 

How to tell if the template needs to be updated in your email

When you open your email to edit it, there's a design tab in the upper left section. If there's a yellow triangle with an exclamation point, your Email Framework template should be updated. 

How to update your template

1. Click the "Design" tab

2. Click "Update Email Now"

3. Click "Next" 

4. Click "Save"
